Job Description

As a key member of our global team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our translated content. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement localization strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage localization projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, to ensure timely completion.
  • Create and maintain global multilingual content strategies to facilitate the delivery of high-quality translations for our platforms.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to various stakeholders to help them understand translation workflows and utilize existing tools and processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development Teams, and Quality Assurance to produce high-quality products and guarantee accessibility in all certified languages.
  • Oversee Translation/Language requests in the queue and work with cross-functional teams to resolve these tickets efficiently.
  • Maintain language-related pages to ensure information is up-to-date.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of translation.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving translation processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Able to work in varying schedules depending on business needs.
  • Fluency in one language other than English is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably with experience working in different countries/cultures.
  • With experience working with third-party vendors.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Quick understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
