The Chief Financial Officer is a critical strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Collaborate with other executives on strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate development

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 8-10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance.
