Financial Planning Role

The finance function seeks a skilled Financial Analyst to support strategic objectives. This role will involve interpreting financial information, conducting analysis and investigations, and collaborating with the finance team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing forecasts, budgets, and plans for business units.
  • Preparing and delivering performance reports to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Closing activities at the end of each month including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Managing indirect costs.
  • Creating rolling forecasts and providing analysis and insights.
Key Skills and Attributes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong delegation, multitasking, and attention to detail abilities.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in financial reporting and other accounting processes.
  • A degree in Commerce or Business Management with a focus on finance and accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A solid understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Strong communication skills.
