Job Overview

The Financial Strategist will lead the overall financial management, shaping strategy and ensuring the integrity of financial operations.

  • Lead financial planning aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze performance, identify risks, and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support decisions.
  • Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cash flow and oversee core finance functions like AP/AR, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and Accounting.
  • Maintain internal controls and support audit activities.
  • Optimize financial systems for better accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.

This role requires a senior finance leader with deep expertise in corporate finance, accounting standards, and risk management.
