Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled customer experience specialist to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing excellent customer service, resolving queries efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication
  • Evaluate and escalate issues promptly to relevant teams for timely resolution
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge of all areas of customer support, including products, systems and processes
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably B2C
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with sound decision-making abilities
  • Motivation and strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • In-depth knowledge of general operations within the financial sector
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk or similar software
