Analytics Innovation Specialist

As an Analytics Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering business-critical insights and driving data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in analytics, process improvement, and technical skills will enable you to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining advanced analytics models and processes to drive business outcomes.
  • Designing and implementing data visualizations and reporting tools to support stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Providing training and support to stakeholders on analytics best practices and tool usage.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about leveraging data and analytics to drive business success.

Required qualifications include:

  • 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations/reporting engineering.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (including advanced formulas, automation, and cross-sheet integrations).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs, with the ability to write and maintain scripts. Experience with Python and Java is highly preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, or equivalent) and data pipeline automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools (Zapier or similar).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or similar), data pipelines, and security best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
