Principal Software Engineer

A high-level technical expert, responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex software projects. You will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software systems, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.

This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing multiple projects, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps for software development projects.
  • Maintain and enhance existing software systems, ensuring they remain efficient and effective.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive experience in various programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, functional programming, and scripting techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures, deployment methodologies, and tools, such as CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver innovative solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
