Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. This role will involve providing operational support for our global network environment, ensuring seamless connectivity and uptime.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cisco Networking Technologies, including routing and switching protocols. They will be responsible for designing and implementing new offices, integrating network technologies, and resolving complex technical issues.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for the global network environment.
  • Design and implement new office networks.
  • Integrate network technologies.
  • Resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Skills Needed
  • Cisco Networking Technologies: Routing & Switching, Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF).
  • Cisco Wireless.
  • Meraki Wireless.
  • Palo Alto Firewalls.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in Cisco Networking Technologies.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Practical technical knowledge on CISCO Networking Technologies.
  • ITIL Ver. 3.0 or Ver. 4.0 preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
  • High-level technology problem-solving skills.
Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • CCNA/CCNP Certifications required.
Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel
  • Mostly remote work from home.
  • Shifting schedule.
