About the Role

As Guest Experience Manager, you'll focus on enhancing the overall guest experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, leveraging data analysis and market research to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resulting in consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to equip team members with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, preferably from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, colleagues, and partners.
