We are seeking an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer to join our team at Manulife. In this role, you will be responsible for providing 24/7/365 operations support to maintain our infrastructure and IT services.
Responsibilities:- Monitoring infrastructure components on-premises and in the cloud, troubleshooting system operating problems and determining the cause of system interruptions.
- Providing first-level support for issues related to infrastructure, including IaaS and PaaS components.
- Performing system checks and basic maintenance plans.
- Assisting Infrastructure/DevOps/Application Teams in creating and handling monitoring and troubleshooting tasks.
- Assisting in the coordination and resolution of incidents.
- Experience: 1-3 years' experience in supporting applications in production environments running on Linux or Windows.
- Knowledge in Incident Management and Problem Management.
- Relevant experience from working in DevOps organizations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Able to work onsite with flexibility to work on holidays/weekends as needed.
