We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reward Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing expert advice on compensation and benefits, as well as developing and implementing reward strategies to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR business partners, and line managers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform reward strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition and reward programs.
- Provide expert guidance on pay equity, benchmarking, and analytics to ensure fairness and accuracy in compensation decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in reward and compensation, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective reward strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop insights-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
