Job Summary

This role involves coordinating administrative responsibilities and delivering exceptional support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Organize and manage calendars for various stakeholders, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Email Correspondence: Respond to email inquiries from tenants, vendors, and supers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in databases, including lease information and work orders.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and finalize documents, such as leases and work orders, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks across various projects, ensuring completion within deadlines.
  • Call Handling: Answer and direct phone calls from tenants, vendors, and supers in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or property management role.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in word-processing software, spreadsheets, and CRM systems, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
