The primary role of this position is to provide support to the department head in executing activities to promote bank products and services. This includes ensuring business deliverables are achieved through tactical rollout of sales strategies to targeted market industries/segments and effective matching of client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the sales revenue and profitability of assigned bank branches.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize profitability, optimize use of funds, manage cost of funds, and increase deposits.
- Promote and endorse promotional and advertising activities as part of the sales program of the bank branch.
- Stay abreast of industry competition, market conditions, and other external factors to address business gaps, develop new markets, increase market share, and attain a competitive position in the industry.
- BUILD NEW BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS AND MAINTAIN THEM WITH EXISTING CLIENTS
- Conduct regular client visits and reviews of their financial condition to maximize bank product offerings, cross-selling, and expand business projects.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course preferably business-related.
- At least three years of work-related experience in sales banking operations and marketing, preferably from a bank or financial services institution.
- Must have knowledge on bank products and services.
- Willing to work in Angeles, Pampanga.
