Sales Professional with Tech Background

We are looking for a skilled Sales Professional to join our team at NovanoxPH. As a Tech-Savvy Sales Representative with Real Estate Background, you will be responsible for promoting our PMS platform to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outreach to cold leads, primarily real estate agents, and establish strong relationships to drive sales growth.
- Presentation and promotion of the PMS platform to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Work daily with CRM systems to track and manage leads, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Identify customer needs and align them with platform features to demonstrate clear business value and drive revenue growth.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably software or tech solutions, with a solid understanding of the real estate industry.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing requirements.
- Solid understanding or background in the real estate industry required, with prior experience selling to the US market highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication skills, clear, fluent, and professional, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems, with a strong focus on results-driven business development.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, US time zone, with a flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings and travel.
