Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service by generating schedules that meet business requirements.

  • Adjust schedules based on actual scenarios and provide overtime/voluntary time off for efficient staffing.
  • Monitor queue real-time, track agent activity, and document communication across multiple lines of businesses.
  • Prepare and publish Intraday reports with accurate and timely data.
