Key Responsibilities:
  • We will be responsible for managing and processing claims, resolving issues, and providing support to our clients while upholding our commitment to quality and integrity.
  • You will follow-up on outstanding insurance claims and ensure proper documentation and communication.
  • Send out claims and attachments to insurance companies.
  • Determine denial validity and address them accordingly.
  • Generate OI reports and ensure monthly completion.
  • Resubmit and reprocess claims, including grievances and appeals.
  • Clear rejected claims on a weekly basis.
  • Update the office tracker with all payments posted and any rejected claims addressed.
  • Complete assigned follow-ups and generate EFT reports.
  • Retrieve EOBs from insurance portals and post 100% of payments.
  • Post insurance payments according to office preference and apply corrections as needed.
  • Identify insurance process updates or issues and communicate findings with the team.
Requirements:
  • A strong command of verbal and written English and interpersonal skills.
  • A background in the dental insurance or collections industries.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on collections experience.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

This is a remote position that requires remaining professional at all times and adhering to the work schedule.
