Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract the best candidates for our team by reviewing resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews.
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence to ensure a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.
  • Keep accurate records of recruitment processes in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, training resources, and team communication in Slack.

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of recruitment experience and excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and reliability. If you have a passion for E-commerce or are eager to learn, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
