Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Recruiters to Understand Role Requirements:
  • Understand client needs and candidate personas for highly technical positions such as backend engineers, full stack engineers, infrastructure, AI/ML, and product management.
  • Sourcing Strategies:
  • Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack/Discord groups, and other niche platforms.
  • Candidate Engagement:
  • Proactively engage and follow up with passive candidates who possess the required skills and experience.
  • Hiring Trends:
  • Stay on top of engineering hiring trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics to continuously refine sourcing strategies.
Requirements
  • Technical Sourcing Experience:
  • Proven experience sourcing software engineers (2+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting).
  • Search Skills:
  • Strong track record with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search; familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities is a plus.
  • Software Engineering Knowledge:
  • Understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology.
