Job Overview:

The Employee Benefits Specialist role is responsible for administering U.S. benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and flexible spending. You'll work closely with our third-party administrators to investigate discrepancies, claim issues, and provide information in non-routine situations.

Main Responsibilities:

You'll oversee monthly billing and reconciliation of insurance invoice payments and provide support to our U.S. Benefits team as the main point of contact for all U.S. inquiries.

  • Key Tasks:

    • Partner with payroll department and/or employees to ensure proper benefits deductions or payments are made on a timely basis.

    • Respond to benefit-related questions and concerns.

  • Requirements:

    • 1+ year of experience in benefits administration or human resources, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.

    • Experience with shared services is a must.

    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in psychology, human resources, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
