Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Dutch and English language skills equivalent to B2 level.
  • At least six months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or blockchain is highly valued.
  • Experience providing support through live chats is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is also preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • A positive attitude, responsibility, and a strong work ethic are crucial.
  • Access to a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) is required.
