Job Overview

This role involves contacting and onboarding new accounts through phone interviews. As a Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to conduct brief qualifying phone interviews and enroll/sell new professionals using a soft, scripted, one-call close method.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up with applicants by phone, utilizing automated dialing technology.
  • Conduct quick qualifying phone interviews to gather information and build prospect profiles.
  • Review program pricing and benefits after the interview.
  • Closing applicants on selecting and purchasing a program.

  • This position does not require cold calling, as each applicant has submitted an online application and expressed interest in joining the organization.
  • The primary Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is the number of new clients enrolled on a weekly basis.
