Business Development Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with new clients, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial calls to establish rapport and answer questions
  • Effectively handle objections and reinforce the product's value proposition
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable plans based on value and cost-effectiveness
  • Qualify leads and determine readiness to proceed with the purchase
  • Enroll clients in follow-up communication workflows and manage future interactions
  • Keep CRM tools up to date with client interactions and status
  • Share client feedback, pain points, and feature requests with internal teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in the English language is required
  • Confident on the phone, able to handle objections from business customers
  • Exceptional organizational skills - ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience with a CRM system is an advantage
