Project Coordinator Role

The role of a Project Coordinator is multifaceted and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to collaborate with project managers and creative teams in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Responsibilities include assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules, as well as coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication and task flow.
  • This position involves supporting the planning and logistics of production shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment scheduling.
  • During production shoots, the coordinator will assist by supporting crew and talent, organizing supplies, and managing schedules.
  • Ongoing tasks involve tracking project progress, identifying risks or delays, and escalating issues promptly.
  • The coordinator will also support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Furthermore, this role contributes to resource allocation and workload balancing across teams.
  • Maintaining organized project files and ensuring all project assets are up-to-date is also a key responsibility.
  • The coordinator will help facilitate meetings, including kick-offs and status updates, with clear agendas and action items.
  • In addition, fostering a collaborative and positive environment to encourage creative ideas to flourish is essential.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of proven experience in production coordination, preferably in media, advertising, or creative projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and problem-solving ability is essential.
  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders is necessary.
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines is critical.
Preferred Skills and Background
  • Background in media, advertising, film, or related fields is preferred.
