Quality Assurance Automation Lead

As a senior quality assurance automation lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our software and web products. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these products are reliable, scalable, and meet the required performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement testing strategies and frameworks across all projects to guarantee their quality and reliability.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute both manual and automated testing for frontend, backend, and mobile systems to identify any potential issues early on.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across various platforms.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results to ensure efficient release cycles and minimize the risk of errors.
  • Review test results and quality metrics to prepare leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Enhance and maintain the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing, as well as at least 1 year of experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
