About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

This is a leadership role that involves overseeing and mentoring other members of the quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, including both manual and automated testing methodologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through rigorous testing processes. They will also collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Oversee and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
Manual Testing
  • Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
  • Test Execution: Execute manual tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
  • Defect Reporting: Identify and report defects found during manual testing.
Automation
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline to ensure seamless deployment of our software applications.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve our testing processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
