Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for executing financial analysis to provide insights for business planning. This includes developing and presenting financial models of various scenarios, analyzing trends, and generating forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
You will also be conducting research and analysis on budgets, sales margins, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities and challenges. Additionally, you will be working closely with the CFO and Controller teams to drive business outcomes.
Excellent communication skills are essential in this role, as you will be communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You must be able to assemble, communicate, and present information clearly and concisely.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to analyze and visualize data
- Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously to meet deadlines and priorities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify solutions and opportunities
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills to manage tasks and responsibilities
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required, with at least two years of relevant experience. A CFA and/or CPA certification is preferred but not required, with reimbursement for exam costs following successful completion.
