The FP&A Analyst plays a vital part in supporting organizational planning and decision-making by preparing comprehensive reports, building sophisticated financial models, and analyzing data for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-accuracy scheduled financial reports with precise data.
- Develop and maintain forecasting tools and templates to enhance business insights and strategy.
- Identify and reconcile discrepancies in financial data between systems to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior management in preparing presentation decks for key stakeholders.
- Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects and business cases to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Excel with exposure to QuickBooks Online and Power BI is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail are essential.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary for success.
