Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

We are currently seeking an accomplished Financial Planning and Analysis leader to support our client based in the US. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving financial insights, process improvements, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning, ROI analysis, and scenario evaluation.
- Analyze financial performance and variances, providing actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Manage commissions processes, sales pipeline reporting, and prequalification analysis in partnership with Sales.
- Partner with IT to implement automation and enhanced financial reporting using NetSuite, Power BI, and dashboards.
- Prepare and present concise financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support month-end close activities to ensure accurate alignment of actuals with budget and forecast.
- Lead process improvement initiatives within finance to drive efficiency, automation, and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in a leadership or senior-level role.
- Proven expertise in using ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
- CPA or MBA certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership presence and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
