Our team is looking for a seasoned leader to manage a group of accountants in delivering top-notch accounting and tax services to small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Australia.

You will empower entrepreneurs to focus on growing their business and serving customers, while leveraging our expertise in corporate secretary services, accounting, bookkeeping, and fintech payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional accounting and tax services to a portfolio of Australian startup and SME clients
  • Act as liaison with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on behalf of clients
  • Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS)
  • Prepare and submit tax returns
  • Oversee and control remote bookkeeping clients
  • Advise and engage with clients on various accounting and taxation matters
  • Hire, train, and nurture a team of ambitious accountants
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients
  • Experience in team management – hiring, training, and nurturing a team of ambitious accountants
  • Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients with scope ranging from bookkeeping to taxation services
  • Excellent command of client communication and delivery organization
