Remote Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to provide support for our client in the promotional products industry.
This is a remote position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter all supplier invoices into QuickBooks and/or Syncore software
- Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts
- Generate client invoices upon order completion
- Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements
- Manage royalty entry and submissions
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook)
