Job Title: Financial Analyst

This offshore role will focus on financial report development and administration, data analysis, and executive presentation support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Administer and maintain financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates of reports.
    • Develop and enhance financial reports to meet the evolving needs of the business.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to system usage.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization
    • Design, create, and manage dashboards that provide key insights to internal stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve dashboard functionalities to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Excel Report Consolidation & Automation
    • Build and maintain complex Excel models for financial consolidation, ensuring the accuracy of data.
    • Automate recurring reports using advanced techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to streamline processes.
  • Executive Presentation Support
    • Update and refine PowerPoint presentations used for board meetings, executive reviews, and internal reporting.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to create visually compelling slides that effectively communicate financial insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A environment.
  • Hands-on experience with financial reporting and administration tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
