Drive Business Success with Financial Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned financial analyst to join our finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement
  • Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries, presenting complex data insights in an accessible manner
  • Design and implement efficiency metrics to drive business growth and optimize financial performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring open communication and alignment
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and provide detailed financial reporting
  • Partner closely with business partners to develop effective cost management solutions and drive business outcomes
  • Support sales teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of commissions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and analytics, with proficiency in Excel and G-Suite tools
  • A constant pursuit of improvement, applying best practices to enhance processes and efficiency
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP or IFRS accounting standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
