We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Finance team.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time work-from-home position with flexible U.S. Central Time hours.
  • You'll be responsible for leading critical initiatives in financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas, driving strategic decisions and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  2. Manage monthly forecast and annual budget cycles to ensure accurate financial projections.
  3. Create clear insights from complex financial data, presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Broaden your expertise by applying digital-first approaches to automate and streamline FP&A processes.
  5. Cultivate a high-performance culture through accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with strong P&L management and forecasting skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM
  • Strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and ability to engage non-financial stakeholders
