Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a skilled financial analyst to help build, improve, and maintain our budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will believe timely, accurate financial analysis is critical for operational efficiency and decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, update, and improve divisional and corporate budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts.
  • Develop regular and ad-hoc reports, analysis, and recommendations for finance and management.
  • Support the finance team's modeling and analysis of products, acquisitions, and investments.
  • Work with the in-house data team to integrate operational and financial data to improve forecasting accuracy, risk-adjust project ROI, and enhance unit economics.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce or related).
  • 2+ years of financial reporting experience, business analysis experience is considered.
  • Experience with financial statement production and/or analysis.
  • Knowledge of accounting data hierarchies and structure.

Nice to Have:

  • Working toward or having completed a financial designation (CPA, CFA, etc.) is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with budgeting & reporting software is considered an asset.
