Operations Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to support our clients with their inquiries on regulations, computations, and product usage. This role will also involve supporting clients with payroll-related programming and trouble-shooting as well as year-end balancing inquiries.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for answering client calls and/or making outbound telephone calls/emails to clients with high focus on providing stellar service and achieving first-call resolution.
  • They will support clients' questions regarding payroll and year-end taxes, including processing procedures, deduction/earnings setups, benefits, and taxes as well as funding and money movement through banking.
  • Professionally assist clients while navigating through various online applications.
  • Discover clients' needs through effective probing techniques.
  • Manage assigned projects through clear and concise follow-up while accurately implementing required changes.
  • Balance multiple client commitments against new requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ensure case closure within committed turn-around time.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in using available tools and support resources.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will possess relevant technical skills, such as proficiency in MS Office applications, and have a basic knowledge of math, ability to work with numbers.
