Job Overview

This key role is responsible for delivering successful platform implementations for clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Become a product expert, staying up to date with platform updates and enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure timely launches.
  • Conduct client calls to set expectations, review progress, and ensure proper configuration.
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges, addressing delays and risks proactively.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication with clients, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align setup with client requirements.
  • Handle post-launch setup corrections and escalate issues when necessary.
