Job Overview

This role encompasses the strategic implementation of real estate technology platforms, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in platform implementation, staying abreast of updates and enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, tracking critical milestones and deliverables to guarantee timely platform launches.
  • Conduct client consultations to set expectations, review setup progress, and ensure accurate configuration (including account settings, domain and email setup, and IDX paperwork).
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges, proactively addressing delays and risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication with clients, providing transparency throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Compliance, and Client Success to align platform setup with client requirements.
  • Handle post-launch setup corrections and escalate issues when necessary.
