Marketing ManagerAs a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, amplify the client's brand, and fuel revenue growth. This role requires owning the marketing function month-to-month, setting campaign priorities, writing compelling copy, and ensuring all creative outputs are delivered on time.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, exceptional copywriting skills, strong storytelling and positioning ability, HubSpot expertise, and experience managing and proofing work from designers and video editors. They must also be comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on writing and campaign delivery.
This is a remote role that offers flexibility and autonomy. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with a creative team, directly influence business growth, and join a company that values empathy, presence, and equality.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns, including email templates, nurture sequences, landing pages, and social amplification.
- Copywriting: Write compelling copy for various channels, including EDMs, VSLs, landing pages, and ad copy for LinkedIn/Facebook.
- Newsletters: Oversee the client's newsletters to ensure timely delivery and performance.
- Creative Oversight: Review, proof, and approve content produced by the creative team.
- Content Calendar: Manage a rolling calendar covering newsletters, campaigns, and repurposed thought leadership.
- Re-engagement Campaigns: Coordinate re-engagement campaigns targeting alumni, trained individuals, or past clients.
- HubSpot Operations: Oversee workflows, automations, and segmentation for lead nurture and reporting.
- Reporting: Submit a monthly marketing performance report with insights and recommendations.
