JOB Summary:

As Creative Director, they will lead and inspire a team of creatives to develop outstanding content and campaigns that align with our brand vision. Will work closely with creative strategists, designers, writers, and project managers to bring ideas to life, ensuring that each project meets high standards of creativity, quality, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Develop and oversee creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market trends
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, writers, and project managers to translate brand strategy into creative execution
  • Review and refine creative assets, maintaining high standards in design, messaging, and visual appeal
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to enhance project quality
  • Manage multiple projects, balancing timelines, resources, and client expectations
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, proactively identifying opportunities to elevate the brand's creative approach

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a creative role, leadership or senior creative position
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in brand campaigns, digital content, and multimedia projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in creative software and familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and business goals
