Customer Service Representative

About the Role

This is an entry-level position for a Call Center Agent who will be responsible for handling customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls and address their concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate options for resolution and document all customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with higher levels of support for out-of-scope issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with BPO/Call Center experience welcome to apply.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including graveyard shifts.
  • Amenable to handle financial voice accounts.

  • Guide customer interactions per Company service strategy and policies.
  • Document relevant call details while adhering to quality standards.
  • Follow call flows, directives, and processes.
