Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using expertise and judgment.
  • Improve workflow efficiencies.
  • Coach agents on how to navigate through systems to find information needed for calls.
  • Identify agent strengths and opportunities and report findings to supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Open to Native and Non-native Thai Speakers.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Willing to work and relocate to Pampanga.
  • Background in IT preferred.
