Job Description

This is a key finance and administration role, ideal for an accounting professional who can manage the full spectrum of financial operations. Beyond managing day-to-day accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, the position plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial data is captured, reconciled, and reported to support business decision-making.

  • General reconciliation of books and financial transactions.
  • Maintain and update supplier invoices, ensuring they match up to statements and are correct.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and rectify errors.
  • Follow up with suppliers for outstanding accounts and ensure timely payment.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures.
  • Support other business functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Qualifications in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in bookkeeping.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
