Finance Planning Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Planning Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple finance planning projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various functions globally to understand their problem statements and provide expert guidance on the most effective automation and analytical solutions.
  • Lead and manage multiple analytics and automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
  • Design and implement robust data models/architectures to support advanced analytics and reporting needs.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards that provide real-time insights to finance and management teams.
  • Identify potential risks in business processes and data systems, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a related role within a manufacturing or finance environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., QlikView, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R).
