  • Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns
  • Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
Technical Requirements

Please ensure you have:

  • A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent
  • A minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed
