Customer Service Specialist

As a skilled customer service specialist, you will be the voice of our partner brands.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency, ensuring every customer feels heard and helped.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage inbound communications with clarity and confidence.
  2. Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently, coordinating with dispatch teams as needed.
  3. Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms.
  4. Provide clear information about services, pricing, and expectations.
  5. Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues.
  6. Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams.
  7. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness.
