Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar scheduling and meeting reminders
  • Organizing files and documents across multiple tools
  • Email follow-ups, data entry, and light research
  • Drafting internal updates, task lists, and team messages
  • Formatting and publishing content or updates
  • Creating simple graphics or visual materials using Canva or Figma
Operations & Task Support:
  • Updating internal trackers and checklists
  • Supporting recurring tasks and setting up efficient systems
Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in virtual assistance, administration, or coordination
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, and Zoom
