Our client is a pioneering tech company with a global user base and ambitious plans for the future. To sustain strong momentum, they seek a Virtual Assistant to provide high-level virtual support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant - Admin Support to assist with system management, database maintenance, back-office operations, app notifications, and automation workflows. This role is vital in supporting our leadership team by ensuring operational processes run smoothly, handling lead generation automations, and managing drip campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support database systems and CRM platforms
  • Oversee app notifications and ensure functionality and troubleshooting as needed
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize lead generation automations and drip campaigns
  • Assist with back-office tasks such as data entry, reporting, and system updates
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of tools and systems
  • Provide technical support for various real estate apps and platforms

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with CRM and back-end system management
  • Strong understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Experience in real estate industry is beneficial but not essential
