We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales/Executive Assistant to support our sales operations and executive team.

This role requires advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, to manage data, generate reports, and streamline workflows.

  • Assist executives with calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts)
  • Maintain CRM records and update client databases
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of sales materials and updates
  • Draft professional documents, proposals, and presentations
  • Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense tracking, and file organization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle email communications
  • Analyze and prepare sales reports in Excel
  • Update CRM records and maintain accurate client databases
  • Contribute to lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline development
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver sales materials and updates efficiently
  • Create professional documents, proposals, and presentations
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expense tracking

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, executive assistance, or administrative roles

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
  • Experience with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ClickUp, Zoom)
  • Strong data entry and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting remote teams or international executives
