MCI seeks a Virtual Assistant to support leadership teams in Manila, PH.
This role involves administrative and clerical tasks to optimize productivity and offers advancement opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills, be highly organized, reliable, have a strong work ethic, and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities- Perform various administrative duties
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Create content for social media channels
- Prepare presentations according to instructions
- Make travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels, restaurants)
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- 1 year of experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed 20Mbps+)
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
