Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This includes troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer obstacles and ensure that every interaction is a positive one.
